Modalities

We offer a combination of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Work, Thai Massage and Myofascial Release techniques in our bodywork sessions. We do not charge extra for Deep Tissue Work and we custom design each massage session to your own personal needs and goals. We do not believe in rushing through your very special time! Our minimum session is one hour in duration.

1 hour of massage therapy $100 * 90 minutes $140 * 2 hours $180

Sports Massage

Our pre and post sporting event techniques can help to enhance performance, reduce injury or just help you relax and recover when you've over-done it. We have extensive experience working with professional and amateur tri-athletes, runners, cyclists, golfers and competitive body builders. Great for the seasoned athlete or weekend warrior. Are you training for an upcoming race or just trying to reach that next level of performance? Our quality sports massage will help you reach your goals!

Thai Massage

Our unique version of this ancient healing art will help you to relax and restore movement and function to the body. Our skilled, certified Thai massage therapists use both on the table and on the floor Thai massage techniques to give you the best assisted stretching ever! During your Thai massage session you will wear workout/yoga attire or loose, comfortable clothing. Please feel free to call us with any questions you may have about our special Thai massage sessions.

Event Massage

Siesta Massage Therapy Associates is the leader in providing event massage in our region. We participate and volunteer regularly with such organizations as The American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk, Bike for Breast Cancer, Run for their Lives 5K, Women's 5K by the Bay, and many more local and charitable events. We are available to your office, business, home spa party or fundraiser to provide event massages. Siesta Massage is unique in that we use our own brand of table sports massage at our events. We do not use massage chairs. Check us out at any of our free local events and experience the Siesta difference!
